云南·怒江 “一村一园”支教服务项目
“一村一园”怒江支教服务项目是由中国发展研究基金会、怒江州教育体育局与牧野教育科技（上海）有限公司旗下MGEF（NGO）组织联合发起的在云南怒江州开展的一项学前教育质量提升的帮扶活动。 项目背景：云南省是我国贫困发生率最高的省份之一，怒江傈僳族自治州(简称怒江州)为代表的云南深度贫困地区，儿童的学前教育问题十分严峻。“一村一园”怒江支教服务项目是由中国发展研究基金会、怒江州教育体育局与MGEF组织联合发起，携手在云南怒江州开展学前教育支教帮扶活动。 项目时间：2021年3月12日-2021年6月30日 实施地点：云南省怒江州泸水市、福贡县 志愿者支持单位：太原市育英幼儿园、太原市育蕾幼儿园 项目目的：探索通过支教帮扶的方式，提升怒江州幼儿志愿者教师的专业化水平，让偏远山村学龄前的孩子，能够享受到优质教育资源，为进一步解决脱贫地区学前教育质量提升提供发展的经验。 主要目标： 1.以入园支教为载体围绕规范办园、班级管理、教育教学、课程组织等进行指导，提升园所办园水平。 2.落实2020年全国教育工作会议要求，以加强幼儿艺术素质教育为突破口面向怒江州进行优质课示范和讲座，进行教师专业培训。
